Late fee
To maintain the quality of care and dna testing services, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied after the complimentary 15-minute grace period. It is essential that all party members receiving services are present and on time. The responsible party will be charged the fee.
Cancellation Fee
Our DNA testing lab is committed to punctuality in all our services. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without a fee if done 24 hours or more in advance. Appointments cannot be rescheduled if they are less than 24 hours away, and cancellations within this time frame will incur a $75 fee. A cancellation fee of $75 will also apply for no-shows at the time of the appointment/service.
